Keeping All of Us Safe
Please Read Below Before Attending Your Session.
1. Client Screening before Bookings
We are screening ALL CLIENTS by phone, before making a booking and when entering the Studio.
If you are:
- sick with a Cold or Flu, or
- have been subject to any Contact Tracing, or
- linked to any locations of interest
Then please Stay Home and call us to re-book.
We will also require a scan of a vaccine passport for every person coming into the studio.

2. Managing Arrival on the Day
Please call Louis to advise that you have arrived on 021846680.
3. Contact Tracing Registration
You will need to make your vaccine passport available for scanning
Please continue to 'Check In' by using the COVID-19 Tracer App

If you do not use the app, please ask to be recorded on a paper register.
4. Maintain Hand Hygiene
Please make regular use of Hand Sanitiser provided, and Wash Your Hands well, before your appointment.
5. Physical Distancing
Once in the Studio there will be limits on the number of people in each space.
Max 4 people in the tracking room, plus one in the vocal booth.
Max 2 people in the control room (excluding engineer)
Max 1 person in the kitchen area at a time.
(It's still a good idea to maintain distance from any others moving around you)
6. Infection Control & Hygiene
All contact surfaces need to be regularly wiped down.
Please sanitise the kitchen area after use and ensure all cutlery and crockery used is washed and dried before returning it to the cupboard.
7. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Following MOH guidelines, both the Clients and the Recording Engineer are now required to wear Face Masks unless singing, playing a musical instrument orally or eating and drinking.
